GP Net Earnings

Every GP Practice is required to declare information relating to the mean net earnings of the GPs who have worked at the surgery for at least 6 months.

The mean earnings for the GPs working in Islington House Medical Centre in the financial year ended 31st March 2025 was £36,413. before deduction of employee's superannuation contributions, tax and National Insurance. This is the average pay for the 6 part-time GPs and 2 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months during this year.

All GP surgeries are regulated by the Care Quality Commission

The most recent report on our surgery was completed in 2024.

Partnership Status
Islington House Medical Centre is a family-based primary health-care General Practice that has been serving the local population of Liverpool since 1937.
The current Partnership has been in place since 2016. The Partners at Islington House Medical centre are:

Commissioning Body (ICB)

GP Services are commissioned by integrated care boards (ICBs) overseen by NHS England on a regional and national basis.
